Break / Fix Plans
Some facilities require the same comprehensive coverage, security and assurance of a guaranteed on-site response, but do not have the ability to shutdown for an annual preventative maintenance check. Break/fix plan options provide this all inclusive coverage for any emergency or failure without the annual preventative maintenance visit.
Premier
BREAK / FIX INCLUDES:
- Travel and accommodation expenses to and from the site location
- 7x24 coverage
- Guaranteed on-site response time 24hr, 8hr, or 4hr. (8h & 4hr response time is limited to certain areas)
- 15% discount on spare parts
- Replacement of on-site spares stock when part is used for preventive maintenance or an emergency or repair.
- Repair and emergency service visits included
- 15% discount on spare parts
- Priority scheduling on remedial and emergency service visits
- A factory trained representative available 24 hours per day 365 days per year, 800.292.3739
- Similar to our Supreme Preventative Maintenance Plan; however, does not include preventative maintenance visit
Ultimate
BREAK / FIX INCLUDES:

- Includes replacement of any defective part used for preventive maintenance, an emergency or repair, excluding batteries.
- Repair and emergency service visits included

- Similar to our Elite Preventative Maintenance Plan; however, does not include preventative maintenance visit
