Project Management is a value added consultant service designed to provide four (4) major service benefits.

1. Power Consultancy

Expert consultation advice in the matters of UPS, STS, PDUs batteries, etc.

2. Customer Liaison

Serve as liaison between customer, main contractors and consultants

• Present at site surveys and site meetings




• Accompaniment during Factory Acceptance Tests




• Resolves any contractual issues which may arise

3. Documentation Coordination

Preparation and submission of all necessary contractual documentation and drawings

• Site testing and acceptance documentation




• Operation & Maintenance Manuals




• Compliance with contractual requirements

4. Installation Management

Ownership and acceptance of total project responsibility while on-site

• Ensures projects are executed in accordance with customer’s requirements




• Works with the local inspector to ensure code compliance, etc.




• Coordination and arrangement of on-site commissioning and testing of Thomas & Betts Power Solutions system(s)




• Appointment, coordination and supervision of third party suppliers and sub-contractors




• Ensures adequate and correct delivery, off loading and positioning of equipment




• Works with all approved installation sub-contractors
