Site Coordination

The Site Coordination Service is designed to help customers with more than one Cyberex product (i.e. UPS, STS) on site. This service is structured to help manage the entire physical delivery of the products from factory to final point of installation. A Thomas & Betts Power Solutions' Global Services Field Service Engineer will manage and oversee the coordination of the products.

Fulfillment:

• Evaluate accessibility for delivery of Cyberex products
  • Check to see that the site is capable of receiving unit(s)

      

  • Check for acceptable floor loading

    

• Help personnel unload products from freight carrier, if required
• Help remove packing material
• Inspect product(s) for quality issues
• Follow product(s) to final destination
