Customized or Standard Programs

Regardless of your coverage level, we recommend that you keep spare parts in stock. Depending on your uptime needs, we offer Spare Parts Kits in two levels: start-up and comprehensive. For every ten (10) units covered by a plan, we recommend stocking a minimum of one (1) comprehensive kit to ensure adequate parts availability and protection. Having parts on site can reduce repair time by more than 50%.

STS Reliability Enhancement Program

5 YEAR SERVICE PLAN

The Reliability Enhancement Program (REP) for the Thomas & Betts Power Solutions Static Transfer Switch (STS) system is designed to restore mission critical reliability to the performance of aging Thomas & Betts Power Solutions' products. It’s recommended that a scheduled Preventative Maintenance service be performed by a certified CGS Field Service Engineer. To sustain STS reliability over time, we recommend our latest enhancements as well as our improved component replacement to extend the service life of your STS product.
